CONTEST RULES
GUMBO 94.9 LOVES OUR WINNERS… AND TO GIVE EVERYONE A FAIR CHANCE OF WINNING AWESOME PRIZES, THERE A FEW SIMPLE RULES THAT HELP OUR LAWYERS SLEEP BETTER AT NIGHT:
- ALL WINNERS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE CONTEST.
- WINNERS, OR PARENT/GUARDIAN, MUST HAVE A VALID I.D. TO CLAIM A PRIZE. THE PRIZE MUST BE PICKED UP AT OUR STUDIOS AT 6282 WEST MAIN STREET IN HOUMA, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
- N THE EVENT OF CONCERTS, OR OTHER TIMELY EVENTS, TICKETS MUST BE CLAIMED BEFORE 5PM THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OF THE EVENT, OR WILL BE FORFEITED.
- ONLY ONE WINNER – PER HOUSEHOLD – EVERY 30 DAYS BEFORE YOU CAN WIN AGAIN. (SMALLER DAILY PRIZES SUCH AS BIRTHDAY CAKES, T-SHIRTS, OR PRIZES WON AT A LIVE BROADCAST OR EVENT ARE EXEMPT, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE RADIO STATION)
- WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES OR FEES (WHEN APPLICABLE)
- YOU MAY NOT WIN PRIZES UNDER ANOTHER PERSONS NAME – EITHER ON AIR OR ON SITE REGISTRATIONS.
- WINNER HAS TWO WEEKS (14 CALENDAR DAYS) TO CLAIM ANY PRIZE, OR ELSE IT WILL BE FORFEITED.
- EMPLOYEES OF SOUTHEASTERN BROADCASTING, AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES, ARE INELIGIBLE TO WIN
- SOUTHEASTERN BROADCASTING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE ANY WINNERS VOICE OR IMAGE IN PROMOTING CONTESTS OR THE RADIO STATION.

Timeline photosUPDATED (Feb 6th): Our Spring Marketplace on the Reservation event on March 11th is almost a month away and we are excited to see so many past vendors already registered for our craft show styled event. We currently have 10 external vendors and several HLB organizations registered to host a booth, with plenty of space to hold more. The event will be in the front parking lot of HLB with plenty of visibility to the passing traffic. General parking will be in the back and side parking lots, and we will have designated handicap parking spaces.Our HLB organizations registered are:
- H. L. Bourgeois Braves Athletic Booster Club
- Marching Sensation from the Braves Reservation
- HLB Basketball
- HLB Choir

Any HLB student organizations and staff are invited to host a booth to fundraise for HLB, and your booth fee is waived! If you are a student organization, please fill in the online registration link and select yes for the Current HLB Student Organization question.
We also welcome the community to come and participate in our event with a booth to showcase your crafts, services, etc. It was a great event last time showcasing the many wonderful products from our local community and student body. Booth fees are $75 for a single 10' X 10' booth, or $70 per 10' X 10' booth if you need multiple spots. We are now registered as a certified Charity organization with Paypal and Venmo, so we can accept online payments too! To cover the cost of online fees incurred with electronic payment, a small fee will be added for each online booth payment transaction.

Location: HLB Parking Lot (in front of 9th grade hall)
Open Admission to the public
Vendor Booths: $75 each single, $70 each if multiple booths
